Print

The Board of Directors of Cassa  decided on 12/02/2014 to introduce  a quality management system in order to measure and improve the stakeholders’ satisfaction and achieve UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification.

CDC defines and annually reviews its Quality Policy, through a process of continuous improvement to be carried out in all the phases of its business processes.

CDC, through this costant review, grants to its stakeholders a good quality level of its services. This management system allows to monitor and ensure high quality levels of social security and welfare services as well as operational control of security investments. The President and the Managing Director have  introduced specific communication programmes to keep stakeholders informed on the Quality Policy pursued and its objectives.
